We are now looking for customer-focused employees for our clients office in Torrevieja! We are searching for those who work well independently and are passionate about delivering excellent service to our customers. Our customers may find themselves in vulnerable situations and it is important to us that they receive the right assistance. As a customer consultant, you will work as part of a larger team that helps and supports each other when needed.

• Receiving and responding to phone inquiries from our customers who need roadside assistance
• Working as a customer consultant in various systems to solve the challenges as effectively as possible
• Assisting our partners in the insurance and automotive industry with various questions related to roadside assistance

• Experience in customer service would be an advantage
• Fluent in Norwegian, both spoken and written
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of data/technology
